Steps

1

Upload your PDF files

Upload two or more PDF files you want to combine. You can upload multiple files at once by selecting them all in the file picker, or by dragging and dropping them together into the upload area.

2

Reorder files

Drag files to arrange them in the order you want them to appear in the merged PDF. The first file will become pages 1 to N of the merged document, followed by the second file, and so on.

3

Select specific pages (optional)

For each file, optionally specify which pages to include: all pages, a range (2–5), or specific pages (1, 3, 5). This lets you merge only the relevant pages rather than entire documents.

4

Merge and download

Click Merge PDF. The tool combines all selected pages in order and produces a single PDF. Download the merged file — the filename shows the combination, e.g., merged.pdf.

Common PDF Merging Scenarios

PDF merging is one of the most frequent document tasks in professional environments. Compiling reports: merging an executive summary, individual section reports, and appendices into one submission-ready document. Assembling contracts: combining a master agreement with specific schedules and exhibits. Creating portfolios: merging individual work samples into a single document for a job application or client presentation. Combining scanned documents: merging multiple scan batches from a document feeder into a single file. Financial reporting: merging monthly P&L statements into a quarterly report. In all these cases, a merged PDF is more professional, easier to navigate, and simpler to share than multiple separate files.
