Steps

1

Upload your PDF

Upload the PDF whose pages you want to edit. The tool generates a thumbnail preview of every page.

2

Rearrange pages by dragging

Drag page thumbnails to reorder them. The new order will be used in the output PDF. This is useful for correcting page order after scanning or adding new pages to an existing document.

3

Rotate individual pages

Click the rotate button on any page thumbnail to rotate it 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise. Fix upside-down or sideways scanned pages without reprinting or rescanning.

4

Delete unwanted pages

Click the delete button on any page to remove it from the output. Use this to remove blank pages, confidential pages, or filler pages before sharing a document.

5

Save and download

Click Save PDF to generate the edited version with your changes applied. Download and verify all pages are in the correct order and orientation.

PDF Page Organisation in Document Workflows

PDF page editing addresses common document preparation problems that arise when working with scanned or digitally assembled documents. Scanned documents often have pages in wrong order because pages were loaded incorrectly into the feeder, some pages were scanned upside down, or blank separator pages need to be removed. Assembled documents from multiple sources may need reordering to match a required submission format. Compiled reports may need confidential pages removed before distribution to different audiences. These page-level editing tasks were previously only possible with expensive PDF editors like Adobe Acrobat — browser-based tools now handle all of them without any software installation.
